LUPA: More Than Just a Name
It is the she-wolf who suckles Remus and Romulus, the wild foster mother, the unexpected one.
It is also "lupa" in the popular sense, the word used to scorn, except that this woman, by giving of herself, saves the founders of an empire with her milk.
This ambivalence is exactly what LUPA is. Feminine power at its rawest. In pain, in milk, in the fierce protection of her young. A strength that society still tries to diminish.

Roxane is the founder of Lupa
But above all, she's a mom who fought for her breastfeeding journey. She experienced cracked nipples, tongue ties, plummeting growth curves, low milk supply, and all those phrases you hear when people tell you to give up.
But she didn't give up.
She researched, tested, learned, pump after pump, error after victory. Over time, she trained, collaborated with Madame Tire-Lait, and in the field, the problems were largely the same: the same wandering, the same lack of suitable equipment, the same feeling of not being heard.
And from all of this, LUPA was born: a small French company, born from intimate experience and the conviction that we deserved better.
