Yes. Silicone is BPA-free, BPS-free, and phthalate-free. It is LFGB certified, the German food standard, one of the most demanding in the world, and FDA approved.
Tests confirm that no undesirable substances migrate when in contact with breast milk. Our flanges are made by platinum-cured vulcanization, the benchmark process for silicone.
Size corresponds to the diameter of the nipple at rest.

LUPA breast shields are compatible with many breast pumps on the market via standard connectors with an opening of 24 to 25 mm.
Breast shields are in direct contact with the body. Once the package is opened, no returns or exchanges can be accepted for hygiene reasons.

On most breast pumps on the market, a single motor powers both sides. When double pumping, the power is divided, meaning you extract less forcefully from both sides than when single pumping. With Asymmetry, each breast has its own motor.
And most importantly: you can adjust each side independently: power, rhythm, mode. Because your two breasts are not the same and may react differently.
A full charge takes approximately 260 minutes, or just over 4 hours. The power supply is USB-C 5V 2A, and the cable and charging block are included. Only use the provided cable or a compatible 5V 2A adapter.
Yes, it's a deliberate design choice. Rather than forcing you to buy a whole new device, the Asymmetry's battery is replaceable via our after-sales service. The motors are also replaceable, in case of failure.
The Asymmetry is designed to last, not to be thrown away at the first problem.
Yes. The 2-year legal warranty of conformity applies. In case of an abnormal problem with the motor or electronics, LUPA support is available.
The gradual degradation of the battery due to charging cycles is normal and is not covered by the warranty, as with any rechargeable device.

Payment is made by credit card via the secure Shopify Payments platform. The order is considered final after payment confirmation.
Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours after your order via Colissimo or Mondial Relay. Delivery times are generally 3 to 5 working days after dispatch (for information purposes only).
In accordance with the law, delivery takes place within a maximum of 30 days from the order confirmation.

In case of delay, an investigation can be opened with the carrier. As long as the package is not declared lost or the legal deadline has not passed, no re-shipment or refund can be demanded.

You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, subject to the following hygiene conditions:

After validation, send the product back with a mandatory tracking number to: SAS LUPA, 255 chemin d'Yrieu, 40440 Ondres, France.
In the absence of a tracking number, no refund will be issued if the package is lost. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
A fee of €5.90 will be deducted from the refund amount. The initial standard delivery costs, however, will be reimbursed.
Contact us at support@lupa-allaitement.fr. LUPA will prioritize product exchange. A refund will only be considered if an exchange is technically impossible. In this case, return shipping costs are covered by LUPA.
What devices and accessories work together.
All LUPA accessories are designed and validated to work with the LUPA drawing kit. LUPA cannot be held responsible for insufficient results or malfunctions caused by use with third-party equipment not validated by LUPA.
